Sources and license

The filings come from the Oregon Secretary of State, Corporation Division, on data.oregon.gov. New businesses are read from Active Businesses – ALL, dataset tckn-sxa6, when the registry date is on or after 10 August 2026. The page shows the registry number, name, entity type, registry date, principal address, city, state, and ZIP code. A registered agent is named. For a natural person only the name is shown. For an organization the business address is shown as well.

Officer names for the latest month come from New Businesses Registered Last Month, dataset esjy-u4fc, joined on the registry number. Member, manager, president, and the other officer roles in that file are shown by name and title. Their street addresses are not shown. Both datasets are free Socrata files. The monthly file is marked Public Domain, U.S. Government Work (https://www.usa.gov/government-works). Active Businesses – ALL is the same division's public business file: https://data.oregon.gov/business/Active-Businesses-ALL/tckn-sxa6.
